Shipping Policies
Shipping is free for purchases over US$200 in the Dominican territory, for purchases of lesser amount, the shipping cost is $150 pesos by courier and $250 Door to Door.
After your order is confirmed, the approximate deadlines for the reception of your purchase are the following…
National District and Greater Santo Domingo: 12 hours minimum and 24 hours maximum.
National shipments depending on the chosen supplier:
For pick up at Counter: Metro Paq: 24 to 36 hours (Courrier)- For pick up at Counter: Caribe Pack: 24 to 36 hours (Courrier)
- For pick up at Counter: Vimenpaq: 24 to 72 working hours (Courrier)
- For shipments exceeding $7500 USD approx. you must sign a letter of release for loss. No policy.
