Return and exchange policies

These Policies are valid for the site www.pribrand.com.

You have up to 15 days from the date of delivery to exchange items purchased on pribrand.com. Merchandise must be unworn and have all hang tags and/or tags attached. Dresses include an outward facing tag that cannot be removed to be eligible for an exchange. If 15 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.

Exchanges and refunds are not accepted for hosiery, lingerie and swimwear.

Exchanges and refunds are not accepted on used, washed or damaged merchandise. Pribrand.com guarantees delivery of merchandise in perfect condition.

No cancellations or refunds are accepted.

Gift Card cancellations or refunds are not accepted.

All discount sale items are final sales and cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

REASONS FOR REFUND

The purchased product is out of stock and it is not possible to deliver another one, the delivery time may exceed 10 working days from the date of purchase without the customer receiving the product.

The product was lost by the courier.

An incorrect amount has been charged to the customer, refund applies for the difference.

Due to the different scenarios that may occur in online shopping, all cases not covered by these policies will be reviewed and processed by pribrand.com on an individual basis.

Shipping to Panama

The time to pick up your order at the store is a minimum of two hours after confirming your purchase, as long as it is during store hours. Once you receive the email indicating that your order is ready to be picked up, you must check the store hours to pick it up.

Panama City Branch │Multiplaza Mall: Monday to Saturday from 10:00am to 8:00pm Sunday from 11:00am to 7:00pm.

72-120 working hours: Bocas del Toro, Chiriquí Grande, Frontera, Paso Canoas, Puerto Armuelles, Tole, Antón, Pedasí.

Pribrand.com makes deliveries throughout the Republic of Panama through an external company. Deliveries cannot be made at specific times.

Delivery times start from the payment confirmation. For credit card payments, the payment platform must approve the transaction according to the analysis of the data, which may take 1 to 2 business days.

Upon receipt of the merchandise, the customer or person authorized by the customer to receive the merchandise must check it and inform if there is any type of wear, otherwise no further claims will be accepted regarding the integrity of the product.

International Shipments

The type of transportation used for your order will depend on the availability of the service within your specific area. Delivery may take up to ten (10) business days from the date of shipment. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters or strikes. Shipping is subject to change due to peak seasonal schedules; some of our carriers may experience delays during peak traffic seasons.

Our International Shipping rate is $35.00 USD to $45USD approximately. It will depend on your specific area, weight and volume of the item.

 

  • The piece must be sent to the store for which the customer has 15 calendar days after the purchase.
  • For any change it is essential to present the purchase invoice.
  • The pieces for exchange must have their original label.
  • The merchandise selected in sale is non-returnable.
  • Exchanges are translated into credit notes valid for 30 days from the issuance or consumption for the value of the purchase, no cash refund.
  • Exchanges on costume jewelry, headbands, scarves are not allowed.
  • Exchanges of purchases in other countries are not allowed.
  • The credit note must be used 100%, no surplus or vouchers. In case of surplus, the difference will be charged.
  • We do not accept exchanges or returns of items that have undergone any alteration or repair.
  • After processing an order, it does not accept modifications within the page.
